We have 4 nos of Hydraulic press brakes viz. 400 tons, 500 tons, 600 tons, and 800 tons capacity each in area of 10000 sqft. With different tonnage capacities of Hydraulic presses varieties of jobs can be executed parallelly to meet the customer requirements.

Arkay Engineering Works has expertise in providing the best quality Hardox Bending Services. Hardox is for high wear-resistant properties. These sheets are very tough with excellent bending properties. They are known for their light weight and load-bearing capabilities. Hardox Forming Services need engineering fabrication expertise, and these sheets are extensively used in the fabrication of heavy equipment like earth-moving equipment, earth-moving buckets, defense, mining vehicles, etc.
Arkay Engineering Works has expertise in bending SS material. SS can be bent up to 30 mm in thickness. Other than SS, Arkay Engineering Works has expertise in bending aluminum, copper, and similar sheet metals

To be precise, the term 1½ folding 1½refers to sharp corners with a minimum bend radius. The term 1½ bending 1½ refers to deflections of relatively large corner radii. Folding and bending involves the deformation of material along a straight line in two dimensions only.
